BASIC INFORMATION FOR SHOPPERS
When filling out online reports for MarketWise, use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Google Chrome as these are the only browsers supported by our system.
Shops can be seen in open opportunities/job board, as they are available. You will receive an email if there are open opportunities located in the radius of the distance you have indicated you are willing to travel.
After applying for a shop in open opportunities, we review all the applicants. If you fit the qualifications needed for the shop, we will distribute the shop to you.
Once a shop is distributed to you, the account manager will email you AND the shop will appear in your Inbox. If you need flexibility with the due date or cannot complete the shop for any reason, contact the account manager. We can be flexible with the due date.
Make it a habit to check if you have been distributed a shop after applying for one.
We count on the mystery shoppers to perform the shops we have distributed. We value your time management and professional skills. Shops can be performed any time prior to the due date, unless you are specifically told otherwise.
PAY FOR SHOPPERS
Pay is on the 15th of the following month after you successfully complete the shop and it has been accepted by the account manager.
